How many weddings have you Captured? We’ve photographed over 300 weddings and counting.
When do you start coverage on the wedding day? We begin coverage whenever the couple wishes, ensuring we capture all the special moments as planned.
. What kind of experience do you have with different wedding styles? We have captured several cultural weddings, destinations, elopements, and several different styles of American weddings.
Can we customize our wedding package? Absolutely! We can customize our packages to fit your specific needs. Use our base packages as a guide, and we’ll tailor them to you.
Do you offer any discounts? Yes, we offer a 5% discount for military personnel and Divine 9 members.
Do you charge for overtime if the event runs longer than expected? Yes, we do; the couple will be charged per person for each additional 30 mins over.
Do you have insurance? Yes, we are insured up to 1 million.
When does the team eat during the wedding? We usually eat when the bride and groom eat, and this is because it is the only time the couple isn’t moving, and the couple will have the best usage of the time they paid for
Wedding Photography FAQHow soon can we expect our wedding gallery? You’ll receive your wedding gallery within 2 days to 4 weeks after your wedding day.
Will you have an assistant or second shooter? We don’t have a second or assistant shooter because we have an entire team that works the wedding
When will we get our wedding album? Your custom wedding album will be ready 4-8 weeks after you’ve selected your preferred design.
Are all of the photos edited? Yes, we only deliver beautifully edited photos to ensure every image reflects our high standards.
Can we purchase additional photos after the wedding? Yes, additional edits or purchases can be discussed after the wedding.
Do you offer photo retouching? Yes, we provide professional retouching to ensure each photo looks its best.
Is there an additional cost for travel? We only charge travel fees for weddings outside of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Where are you based? We’re based in Spartanburg, SC, but we’re always ready to travel!
Do you travel for weddings? Yes, we love to travel and will go anywhere in the world where our passports allow.
How would you describe your photography style? Our style blends Fine Art with Journalism, capturing your day's beauty and real moments.

Wedding Videography FAQHow do you capture audio? We capture every moment by ensuring crystal-clear audio by using lapel microphones and Tascam recorders.
Do you record the bride? Yes, we record the bride, and we can mic her for seamless audio capture.
When do you start filming on the wedding day? Our coverage begins when you need us—we’re ready to start whenever you want us to arrive.
How soon will we receive our wedding recap film? It will be delivered within 3 days to 3 weeks after your wedding day.
When can we expect our full documentary film? You can expect your full documentary film within 1-6 weeks.
Can we choose our own music for the film? You’re welcome to select your music as long as it’s from a white-listed library and has copyright-free usage.
Is travel included in the package? Travel fees depend on the wedding location and will be discussed based on where your event is held.
Where are you based? We’re based in Spartanburg, SC.
Can we purchase all of the footage? Yes you can and it will be sent by SSD
How would you describe your videography style? Our videography style is a blend of Narrative and Documentary, capturing the unique story of your wedding day.
